Procedure to Lodge Complaints

Complaints are obtained from a variety of sources including employees themselves, the public other agencies.

Complainant may lodge complaint via: -

  1. Writing to the nearest JTK office;
  2. JTKSM official email at jtksm@mohr.gov.my;;
  3. Public Complaint Management System (SISPAA);
  4. Walk in to the nearest JTK office;
  5. Call 03-8000 8000;
  6. Working for Workers (WFW) application.

Information required to file when lodging a complaint are as follows:

  1. Complainant’s full information (Name, address, telephone number and email)
  2. Complained party’s full information (Name, address, telephone number and email)
  3. Issues of complaint
  4. Copy of relevant supporting documents such as letter of offer/employment contract and latest payslip.
