Labour Permits
The labour laws enforced by the Department allows for exemptions on certain provisions, so long as the exemptions do not jeopardize the welfare of workers in any way.
The objective labour permits issuance is to aid the industry in optimizing the use of human resources as well as increasing productivity, without sacrificing workers’ best interest.
